• Yoga or Nia-Flow session once a week in a small group online or at the studio*:

– First introductory session free
– 1 Session – drop In: €18
– 10 Sessions: 140€ (Valid for 6 months)
– Year September-June 280€ for 25/28 classes or 330€ for 30 classes
– Summer rate: Donation
– Special rate for students, unemployed, and in case of financial difficulties contact me.

***Rates are different for Seddwell Center members and Seddwell classes, and for VHS classes. The rates follow their respective pricing conditions.

• Sacred Spaces are individual sessions that are created according to your wishes and your rhythm. They can include Yoga or Flow, relaxation, visualisation and accompaniment. 1 time per week online or at home 1h to 1h15 :

– 1 Session: From €30 depending on meeting place, time, number of sessions and regularity.

• Circles Donation fee to be paid after the session

– Women’s and Moon Circles in a small group online and/or in a room 1 to 2 hours in a small group talking circle, guidance then relaxation & visualisation. Fee based on Donation Koha. Minimum €10 per person. Suggested 25€ per person and session.

***Die Preise unterscheiden sich für Mitglieder des Seddwell Centers und für Seddwell-Kurse sowie für VHS-Kurse. Die Preise richten sich nach den jeweiligen Preiskonditionen.

• Gebühr auf Spendenbasis (Koha). Mindestspende: €10 pro Person. Empfohlen: €25 pro Person und Sitzung
