Here is an invitation to join me in a beautiful session dedicated to connection, expression, and creation.
Let’s embark on this journey together, meeting once a week to infuse movement, joy, and connection into your days.
Our body is a vessel to our soul. It allow us to be here and now experiencing, feeling connecting, moving and creating. In this session I wish to cultivate a space where we can reconnect to our body’s rhythms and rediscover self awareness, tapping into the sacred essence within us and around us.
In this playful and creative fusion of Body Expression, Yoga, and spirituality, we seek to synchronise the body with the inner self through mindful movement and breath.
The session unfolds as a sacred body fusion, offering a delightful combination of a short free movement space to liberate and have fun, followed by grounding Yoga and Pranayama on the mat, concluding with a serene visualisation and relaxation.
This experience is a journey through your body, where ancient wisdom and spiritual connections are intertwined within a weekly flow that nurtures and moves our essence. The focus of this session aligns with the energy and the phases of the Moon.

This offering is a fusion space encompassing Warming Up Free Movement, Yoga, Pranayama, and Relaxation
