Welcome to “Your Body Way,” a serene and supportive yoga class tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual. Whether you’re seeking a gentle yoga practice, experiencing joint pain, or are pregnant, this class provides a nurturing environment for all. Combining elements of gentleness and ease, we create a sacred space for you to reconnect with your body and mind, fostering a harmonious experience.

What to Expect

  • Ease and Support: Adapt postures to your body’s needs using pillows, bricks, and chairs, ensuring comfort and ease while releasing tension.
  • Serenity in Motion: Flow through sequences designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and inner harmony.
  • Mind-Body Connection: Cultivate awareness and intention in movement, fostering a deep sense of balance and mindfulness.
  • Restorative Bliss: Melt into supported poses, releasing tension and restoring vitality with the help of props.
  • Breathing and Calming Rejuvenation: Enhance your well-being with breathing exercises (pranayamas), chanting (mantra), and mindful listening.

Time: Every Wednesday from 4.30PM to 5.30PM

Location: Seddwell Center


How to Join

Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the class. No prior experience is necessary; everyone is welcome to join this journey of self-discovery and holistic healing.
