Ayurvedic & Philosophical Approach:
This yoga practice is inspired by Ayurvedic principles and philosophical understanding. Classes are adapted to the seasons, times of the day, and your personal energy. Together, we explore the inner balance, and the wisdom of yoga philosophy  and ayurveda to support wellbeing and self-awareness.

Who Can Join:
All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Modifications and variations will be provided, and props such as bolster, pillow, or chair can be used to adapt the practice to your body and needs.
